Why isn’t there a free product in my shopping cart although I have already added my Promotion code?
If you possess a promotion code for a free product you must put the product into your shopping basket before you enter your promotion code. The logic behind this is that many of our products have different flavours and you know better than us which flavours you prefer. Upon entry of the Promotion code the price of the relevant product(s) will then be set to 0.
