Below are a few tips that I found handy:
Training:
Combining endurance training (crunch) with strength training (crunch machine), preferably in super sets, will just about guarantee you a six pack! Make sure that you don't injure yourself when training your maximum strength. Don't take it a step to far.
Nutrition:
If your last meal was longer than 2 hours before your training, eat something when you take the charger. I always found a performance or energize bar good but a banana would also do the trick. Be disciplined with your diet (a balanced diet is the key), I let my self have one day off per week.
Motivation:
Wear training gear that shows your muscles it is really motivating to see the changes. Find yourself a training partner. Always try to train with a goal in mind and give 100%.
