WHAT IS UNDULATED TRAINING?

In a nutshell undulated training is when there is a permanent changing of stimulus for the body. With undulated training the body is exposed to a variety of muscle building, muscle defining and strengthening exercises. This doesn’t allow the body to get used to a single stimulus.

With our free training plans, you can train three to four times a week and you will not repeat the same workout for over ten days. This means the body will not have adapted, i.e. you won't need to begin a new routine for close to ten weeks, despite the fact that you are training each body part twice a week.
